Bukedde TV presenter Betty Nampijja was waylaid by two armed robbers who forced their way into her home and made off with several valuables. The attack happened shortly after she returned home at around 4:00 AM, from a late night official assignment to cover the Uganda National Musicians Federation’s (UNMF) weekly jam session. She said they did not get any physical injuries but the trauma ,of being put on gun poit and the so many other cruel things that were likely to happen to her, keeps her timid and anxious, always looking over her shoulders since most of her assignments stretch up night hours. https://x.com/GabrielBuule/status/1917543956226703554 , https://dailyspear.com/betty-nampijja-on-surviving-armed-robbery
